Refund Policy

All items from Toria Creates are made to order. Due to the custom nature of embroidery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
